Per Curiam. The petitioner in this habeas corpus case alleges that his conviction in a Michigan court on a counts of first-degree murder, one count of second-degree murder, one count of assault with intent to murder, and eight counts of felony firearm offenses violated his constitutional rights of due process, equal protection, and confrontation. Like the district court, we find no constitutional infirmity in the proceedings that led to the petitioners conviction; we shall therefore affirm the denial of the writ.
